A comparative study on car evaluation forecast based on data mining

This paper reviews and compares the leading characteristics of research evaluation system in the world. On the basis of this comparison, and focusing in particular on China. The advantages and disadvantages of different approach employed in research evaluation are analyzed. The areas for improvement of research evaluation system in China are outlined.
