Biodegradation of Plastics : An Overview

In certain spaces of the world, individuals are aware of the effect of plastic on the environment and executing the strict rule of not to utilize plastic. With the new progress in Research and Development, another idea of biodegradable plastics is presented. It's anything but a wide scope of practice in numerous areas. In this study, the biodegradation of plastics using bacteria was considered. Bacteria transform the polymer atom into small water-soluble particles like oligomers and dimers and afterward use as carbon and energy source and then this is how the degradation of the polymer takes place.
