Human Factors and ergonomic considerations for super-fast boat design

This paper describes background information and improvements of an integrated Human Factors (HF) for Super-Fast Boat (SFB) design process. A short overview about SFB technology is explained in more detail. This project also includes some evaluations and discussions of the SFB design in the following pages. Some important considerations such as SFBmotion, sound, sight, environment, health & safety, man-machine interface, habitability andmaintainabilityare describedwithin the appropriate sections.
