The research and analysis on performance appraisal of corporate human resource system

The Performance Appraisal of the corporate human resource system is one of the most important topics during the current development of corporate modernization and also a crucial part of the human resources management. A reasonable and scientific performance appraisal system would be an important guarantee for corporations to train the personnel, motivate their working enthusiasm and optimize the allocation of resources. By focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises in China, this research analyzes the approaches and traits of their performance management on human resource and proposes specific performance appraisal methods.
