Pentacoordinate organic silicon was prepared with a new material of hydrophobic superfine SiO2 at a much shorter reaction time and higher yield, and then it was used to react with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazne to get polyphosphazene containing silicon, the products behavior was studied with TGA and infrared spectrum.
